Hey all, I am putting Super Mega on an indefinite hiatus today. If you watch this video, you will see why. This video is about the allegations against the other SuperMega (completely different people whom I am not affiliated with), how in my opinion the other SuperMega ripped off and destroyed my brand, my lawsuit against them, the fallout, and why I have to put my Super Mega on an indefinite hiatus. Thank you to everyone who's read the comics over the years, made funny fan comics, supported my work on Kickstarter and Patreon, and of course joined in on good ol' Laser Day. All of you are awesome, and I'll miss you a lot.

POWER THRILLS VS. EVIL

New Fan Art
GRAAARARRRRR

Power Thrills fights for justice attack

I'm eating cheese sticks right now, they are so good.

Thanks guys for all the "Happy Birthday"s and the birthday comics and all that cool stuff. :D

Some people have said I should make Super Mega shirts, and I would like to do that, but I don't know what I'd put on the shirts yet. If you have any ideas, send them on over to JohnnySmash@supermegacomics.com. The only idea I've come up with is putting the first abozzi on a shirt, but what do I know

type fan art as fast as i can

fan art anfartntn afanrt naffanrt fana rat fan art nffan artn fantafrt fan artn fant artn fan artf fan art

that was awesome

It kills me to see great fan art like Flying by Spectre-X get shoved back to make way so new artists can get priority. So I've decided to include at least one fan art from an artist that has already submitted, each update. Again, if I keep getting fan art this fast I'll have to add even more each update. I'll start that next update if submission fan art trends relations continue.

AS FOR SPECTRE-X'S FAN ART, what can I say. It is fantastic. Spectre-X is very good at this, and he has his own style of drawing as well. This has made my list of favorite fan arts, and he already has one on the list, so he wins

Keith just started posting at the forums and immediately made and submitted this fantastic thing. This is another one I really like, it is really in sync with the way I like to make some comics, I think. I was thinking where it could go as it went along and I thought "Oh man I hope he gets the tissue and the pot eats it", and it happened, and I laughed. I'm not saying the ending was predictable, I'm saying it's in sync with Super Mega.

A very long birthday comic by egamad! I should note for those that don't know, if you are using Internet Explorer you may be annoyed how IE resizes the comics to fit the browser window, making the text too small to read. If you move your mouse over the comic and leave it there for a second, a box will appear in the bottom right of the image. Click it, and it will make the comic normal size and you can scroll through it. Also you could right click on the comic link and do a "Save Target As..." and save it to your computer. ABOUT THE COMIC! Thumbs up, and thanks for the present! It has good pacing, egamad obviously added extra frames and stuff to make good pacing. I like the parade and robot and trying-to-please-Johnny-Smash elements. I like how it didn't just go all over the place as a long comic might, it went with the same theme, and it was interesting to read the whole way, and it has a funny ending. Thanks, egamad!

Next is Dely Apple's comic, King Carrot. This one has a certain kind of personality that makes it better. I can't quite put my finger on it, but if someone besides Dely Apple had made the same comic with their own style of words and drawing, I wouldn't like it as much. I like the oddness of the story, and then it has a great punchline. All of the King Carrot's expressions are great, and the farmer's expression in the last frame is perfect. GO DELY

The next is DemonHobo's comic. The thing I like about this one is that it is a little confusing (as he said, he's had too much caffeine), but you still get it, and that makes it better. The way the "Me too" appears to be before "Man I hate awkward silences" in the third frame is probably not intentional, but it's funny. I also like how the "Stab!" gets it's own frame, and to symbolize it is a cross mark. And I like how in the last frame the guy just seems dissapointed, not hurt. Thanks, DemonHobo! :D

The last fan art for today is by cyberlemon1313: The Bear. This one is great, there have been so many great ones lately. The semi-epic story of setting a sad bear free appeals to me. It's got a good story, but a good story is nothing if the joke falls flat, but it has a great punch line. It is really great. This comic is really great. I hope to see more from you, cyberlemon1313!

Whooooooooooooooo
